Well we can't stop you doing too much work but perhaps we can help you "be fit for it".

It is probably true to say that the last decade has seen more significant changes in the way we do business than since the Telegraph and the Railway revolutionised the way the Victorians did business in the 1850s.

The Internet has proved that it has the capability to not only significantly change existing business models, but also enable new business models to develop. We are however only at the beginning and the next 10 years will certainly see even more significant changes.

Whilst much is written about "early adopter advantage", not a lot is written about "late adopter advantage". Yet there is a lot to be said for not being the first, few things can't be improved upon in the business world and the advantage of being a late adopter is that you can learn from your predecessors and hopefully not repeat their mistakes.

So this section of our web site is devoted to learning from others and following what has become established Best Practice. The nice thing about Best Practice is that it a lot of it is not industry or sector specific, so you can probably apply it to your business without too much effort or cost.
